The Lumineers Uniondale Concert reviews
I've always had a love for the simple jokes that came from the Blue Collar Comedy tour videos. Always awesome stories and always a great laugh because you can connect with the stories and laugh with these guys.
This tour was phenomenal, they started with a few bits from the old BCC videos and had a decent up and comer to try to warm us up for the acts, but man, I would not want to be in his shoes with these three guys.
Bill started, and told a bunch of great stories, then The Lumineers came on and then the big star Larry came on. Once they all had us laughing our a$$es off, they all came on and took a few Q&A's from the audience. This was my favorite part, because it wasn't canned, and you can tell these guys feed off of each other's energy. I don't think I've laughed so hard in my entire life.
While I have laughed at some of his jokes in the past, I did enjoy the fact that Ron White was not part of this show. I find him to be a much "darker" side of comedy which is a bit of a turn off for me.
Just a quality and great show with a bunch of down to earth rednecks telling us their life time stories.
Thanks to the boys! You made us laugh out loud :)
